But I recently spotted this boys hair in Notting Hill Gate, London.

I have a feeling this boys hair is naturally curly, as was mine when I sported it back in the day, but I have evidence from Instagram that it’s making a comeback on the perm front too, courtesy of Ankara Hair in Birmingham.. see their posts below also.
